Perhaps our favorite wine in this release is the '21 Coucou Blanc, a mesmerizing blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Sauvignon Gris and 30% Sémillon. Part waxy White Bordeaux and part floral Alsatian white, with a nutty, honeyed, almost Chenin-like texture, this is a gloriously complex wine for the money. Grab some decadent cheeses and have yourself a night, I say.
